About Solace Hill

Built from loss. Guided by faith. Committed to dignity.

Solace Hill exists because families deserve dependable support during the moments that change everything.

Our story

Care rooted in personal experience.

Solace Hill was founded after our founder lost her father to cancer at a young age. That experience shaped a lasting understanding of how illness, caregiving, and uncertainty affect an entire family—not only the person receiving care.

The agency was built to offer the kind of steady, compassionate support families need when daily life becomes heavier. Today, Solace Hill serves clients across Arizona with a focus on dignity, autonomy, and human connection.

Our approach

Thoughtful matching, reachable supervision.

As a small team, we stay close to the care relationship and communicate directly with families and caregivers.

We learn the person

Matching begins with care needs, routines, schedule, location, communication style, culture, personality, and what helps the client feel comfortable.

We prepare the caregiver

The caregiver receives the care plan and expectations before the assignment, with clear boundaries for non-medical support.

We stay involved

Family feedback, caregiver check-ins, supervision, and care-plan reviews help us respond when needs or the match change.

Family experiences

What families say about Solace Hill.

Real experiences shared by clients and family members.

Family Member of a Senior Client
“Finding the right care for my mother was overwhelming, but Solace Hill made all the difference. Their team didn't just provide a checklist of services—they took the time to understand who she is as a person. Her caregiver, Maria, is patient, kind, and treats her with such dignity. Knowing that someone is there to help with medication reminders and meals while I'm at work has given our entire family peace of mind. They truly live up to their name.”

— The R. Family, Mesa, AZ

Client Receiving Post-Surgery Support
“After my hip surgery, I was worried about managing at home alone. The team at Solace Hill stepped in with a plan that made me feel safe and supported. From helping me with bathing and getting around the house to just being there for a conversation, my caregiver was a lifesaver. Their communication was excellent—they kept my family updated and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I honestly don't know how I would have recovered without them.”

— David M., Tempe, AZ

Family Navigating Complex Care Needs
“Caring for my husband who has dementia was becoming more than I could handle on my own. Solace Hill didn't just send a caregiver; they created a thoughtful plan that adapted to his changing needs. They are always respectful of his routines and preferences, which means the world to both of us. Having their reliable support has allowed us to focus on our time together rather than just the daily struggle. They are a true partner in care.”
